1. What is Sensory Bliss?

Sensory Bliss is a Queensland-based, home-run small business creating imaginative, sensory-rich play experiences for children and families. We design and handcraft themed sensory kits, homemade playdough, sensory rice, pasta mixes, Science & Potion Kits, Play & Colour Kits, Pour & Play Kits and 3D-printed accessories.

Our products are created to inspire creativity, encourage fine motor development, support imaginative storytelling and provide calming sensory experiences through play.

3. Are your products safe for children?

Yes, our products are made using non-toxic, carefully selected ingredients and materials. We use food-grade colourings and flavourings for scents, and biodegradable PLA filament for our 3D-printed items.

Adult supervision is required at all times, especially with younger children, as many kits contain small parts.

4. How are your 3D-printed items made?

All of our rollers, stamps, cutters and themed accessories are designed and printed in-house using eco-friendly PLA filament. We create a wide range of themes including Australian animals, dinosaurs, dragons, ocean creatures, construction and more.

Each item is carefully printed, checked and packed by us.

5. Do you use recycled packaging?

You might notice your Sensory Bliss order arrives in a reused box — and that’s completely intentional.

We recycle packaging materials wherever possible before purchasing new supplies. This helps reduce waste, care for the environment and keep our costs down — savings we pass directly on to our customers.

The outside may not always look fancy… but what’s inside will always be thoughtfully made, beautifully presented and packed with care.

Because beautiful play doesn’t need wasteful packaging.

6. Do you offer refills?

Yes, we offer refill options for many of our kits and sensory fillers. This allows you to continue enjoying the play experience without needing to purchase a full kit again.

8. How should I store the playdough?

Store playdough in its airtight jar when not in use. Keep it in a cool place out of direct sunlight. If it becomes slightly dry, a tiny amount of water kneaded through can help restore softness.

9. Are your products eco-friendly?

We are committed to making thoughtful choices where possible. We use biodegradable PLA for 3D printing, reuse shipping materials, and select ingredients carefully for quality and safety.

10. Can I purchase individual items?

Yes! Many of our rollers, cutters, stamps and sensory fillers are available individually so you can build or expand your own sensory collection.

11. Do you offer custom or bulk orders?

Yes, we welcome custom and bulk orders for birthday parties, schools, vacation care programs and special events. Please contact us to discuss themes, quantities and pricing.

12. Who is behind Sensory Bliss?

Sensory Bliss is created and run by a mother and grandmother who is passionate about imaginative, sensory-rich play. Living with Multiple Sclerosis has given me a deep appreciation for calming, creative activities, and I love sharing that magic with families across Australia.
